TravelFreedom provides travel planning services, including but not limited to:

• Boutique accommodation bookings
• Local tour arrangements
• Custom travel itinerary planning
• Travel consultation and support services

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from TravelFreedom.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm bookings
• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved methods
• Prices are quoted in the currency specified and are subject to change until booking is confirmed

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in good faith but may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or changes in government taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations more than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 15 days before travel: No refund
• Certain services may have different cancellation policies which will be communicated at booking

4.2 Cancellation by TravelFreedom

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents
• Meeting health and vaccination requirements for your destination
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
• Complying with customs and immigration regulations

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, and personal liability.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

TravelFreedom acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers
• Delays, cancellations, or changes made by service providers
• Loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, strikes, or pandemics

7.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the affected services.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Behave respectfully toward service providers and other travelers
• Comply with local laws and customs
• Follow health and safety guidelines provided
• Notify us immediately of any issues during your trip

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TravelFreedom and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
